The Washington-Liberty PTA provides funding for multiple small grants to student clubs.  If your club is interested in applying, please complete and submit this form, answering the questions in sufficient detail, attaching additional pages if necessary.   Applications will be reviewed by the PTA Executive Committee and Assistant Principal Timica Shivers (timica.shivers@apsva.us).

Provide a detailed budget for this request. Where purchasing items, provide price quotes. List itemized expenses with amounts, to be covered by the grant. The budget is a very important element of the application (the amount requested above must relate to the actual costs listed here.)
