2023 Cosmo Lifetime Achievement Nominees
Awarded to the best pre-2023 films and favorite performers of all time.

You may vote for up to six nominees for each award. We've provided a checklist of "buzzworthy" suggestions, but you are not tied to that list. Check off the ones you'd like to vote for, and if you wish, write in one or more nominees in the available write-in box. You may write in all six of your nominees, if you wish, but each must be different. Passion counts, but we don't want it to count too much. Each of your six nominees must be different, but you can cast an optional Power Vote for one of them to give it extra weight. You don't need to fill out all six for each category, and you can even skip entire categories if you wish.

The deadline to vote is Saturday, April 20, 2024.
