Resin Rose BJD Expo 2024 Vendor Registration- Waitlist

By applying to be a vendor at Resin Rose BJD Expo you will agree that:

1. There will be no selling, trading or displaying of recast or bootleg items. (Our recast policy page: https://www.resinrosebjd.com/policies.html)

2. Resin Rose BJD Expo and Monarch Hotel and Conference Center are not liable for any damage, stolen, injury or loss to any person or goods that may arise from rental or occupation of venue by the expo. 

3. All vendor fees are non-refundable. Tables are transferable until July 15th, 2024. 

4. Respect the venue, staff and other attendees by using common sense, manners, and good taste. Limit nudity, profanity, and gore except for in designated areas.

5. No smoking, E-cigarettes or vaping on the premise except in designated outdoor areas.

6. No pets allowed except service dogs. (This is a hotel policy)

7. There will be video and photos taken during the event. All photos and videos taken by Resin Rose BJD Expo may be used for Resin Rose BJD Expo related needs. By filling out this form you are agreeing to give your permission individually and as parent or guardian of your child for you or your child to be photographed or videotaped with other participants of the event.  This includes photos of vendor tables.

8. Resin Rose BJD Expo and Monarch Hotel Conference Center reserves the rights to implement a mask requirement and/or proof of vaccinations or negative COVID-19 tests at any time. Refunds will not be given due to COVID-19 requirements. 

9. PERSONAL TABLES ARE NOT ALLOWED, UNLESS THEY ARE BEING USED FOR NON-SALES ITEMS (EX: CASH REGISTER TABLE). YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE PERSONAL TABLES TO SELL MERCHANDISE UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY RESIN ROSE BJD EXPO. USING PERSONAL TABLES UPON APPROVAL COULD REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TABLE FEES.

10. We reserve the right to escort transgressors of the above from the premise. You will not be refunded if you are removed and may be banned from future events.

11. No Sharing of Tables unless you have purchased a table share vendor table. It is okay to sell items at your table as a consignment service for attendees/vendors not in attendance.

We will be advertising your store on our website and social media pages. If possible it would be great if you could supply us with a banner or logo we can display. Please send the file in a .jpeg format. We do not have a specific size requirement. 

There is free wi-fi available at the venue.
