2024 MCA Weekend Workshop at Haystack Registration 
REGISTRATION DATE: Thursday, February 8 Starting At Noon
  1. Participants in our 2024 Weekend Workshop @ Haystack must follow the online registration process to be placed in a workshop/waitlist. Each participant must fill out the registration form for themselves using their own email address. The registration form will not allow two submissions from the same email address.

  2. Registration works by selecting a first and second choice workshop and first and second choice accommodations. Workshops and accommodations are available on a first-come-first-served basis, and waitlists are created as options fill.

  3. Your placement in a workshop, housing accommodations or waitlist will be based on your registration time stamp. Your placement in a workshop, waitlist or housing assignment is not confirmed until you are contacted by MCA staff with your registration results. Please allow three days after registration to be notified. 

  4. NEW- If signing up for a waitlist after February 20th - MCA will keep all registrants informed of movement in waitlists and openings.  If enrolled in the workshop you will receive an invoice based on tuition, housing accommodations, studio materials fees plus the deposit previously collected at the time of registration. 

  5. You will receive an invoice for the balance within two weeks with a deadline to pay. Your invoice will have a payment deadline. If you do not pay by the deadline or contact MCA to set up an installment payment plan, we will assume you are not attending the program and will offer your space to someone on the waitlist.

  6. Your payment balance will be based on your current  2024 membership status. To expedite this process please renew your membership after you fill out your registration form if you have not done so already.

We will do our best to grant you your first choice workshop and accommodation preferences.  Your payment balance will be based on your accommodation assignment, 2024 membership status and, if applicable, studio material fees. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

MCA Staff will be following up to confirm your placement in a workshop, on a waitlist and your accommodations.

Payment Deadline: Your invoice will have a deadline, if you miss the deadline without paying or contacting to us to set up an alternate payment plan we will offer your space to someone on the waitlist.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-Cancellations received prior to Thursday, March 7 2024 will be refunded total workshop fees paid to date LESS the $100 non-refundable deposit.
(Example, $600 - $100 = $500, $500 is refunded.)

-Cancellations received after Thursday, March 7 2024 will be refunded 50% of workshop fees paid to date, excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit.
(Example, $600 - $100 = $500, $250 is refunded.)

-Cancellations received on and after  Thursday, April 25, 2024, will receive no refund.

*In either case, the MCA membership fee is non-refundable.*

April: You will receive general information from the MCA about the Weekend Workshop and specific information about your workshop from your instructor. MCA or instructors will connect earlier if needed based on your workshop preparation.
