Dearest Chapter Representatives,
Please take a little bit of time to register the person who is going to vote on the behalf of your chapter during our first Legislative Meeting this year, in April 2023.
The President or chapter representative must be registered
until the 21st of April 2022. 11:59pm CEST.! Not registered chapter representatives are not allowed to vote on behalf of their chapter !Changes of chapter representatives must be directly changed in the registration form or by a notification email to the Chair of the Legislative Assembly at
election@oikos-international.org.
The Legislative Meeting is going to take place on the
22nd of April 2023 at 10 am CEST / 1:30 pm IST / 4 pm HKT. https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/
It will be carried out in a hybrid format. On one hand, it will be held onsite at the third day of the oikos international Chapter Conference (ICC) in Copenhagen (April 20 - April 23). At the same time, the meeting will be streamed online via zoom.
