Brooklin High School's spring market - "The Bear Fair" Vendor Registration
To our Spring Vendors:

  • Thank you for applying to be one of our vendors in Brooklin High School's spring carnival & market - "The Bear Fair"!  On Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 9:30am-4:00pm.   Have fun shopping, playing carnival games and eating!
  • The early bird price for our show is $100, in an approx. 10’x 5’ rental space including a table (if needed) and 1-3 chairs. If you are bringing your OWN tables or setup, please let us know in the Vendor Form.  Extra tables are available to rent for $10).
  • After March 7th, the price per booth will go up to $110.
  • Also, after March 7th, NO REFUNDS will be provided.
  • There will be a limited number of spaces with hydro available.  First registered and paid will have their choice of booths with access to hydro.  If using hydro, you are responsible for bringing your own cords/power bars.
  • Applications are processed on a first come/first serve basis.  
  • Once your application is reviewed, a member of the Business Leadership class will reach out and provide you with a link to pay for your booth.
  • We do our best to accommodate any special request, however neither they, nor a particular table number can be guaranteed.
  • Your space number and location will be available the week before the show.  
  • The Market will be advertised in all social media and will also be advertised via electronic sign in front of the school as well as on the Brooklin High School website and in emails sent out to the school community.
  • This is a fundraiser for the Durham Ignite Learning Foundation which supports children and youth in need, consistently reducing poverty related stress and strengthening our community. You will be asked to contribute a minimum $20 prize to the silent auction that will be given out the week after the Market.  
  • There is limited parking space available for vendors and they are asked to park at the back of the school along the north and east sides ONLY.  Parking out front and to the west (field side) will be for customers only. 
  • The Durham Board of Education prohibits smoking  and vaping on school grounds.
  • Please do not deface or make any holes or marks on the walls.  Clean up of all materials and debris from your booth is your own responsibility.
  • Collecting sales tax is your responsibility.
  • Offensive material is not permitted.
