2024 MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTIONS

Single Membership
Individual membership for one adult.

2  Members
Membership for two people.  This may include one adult and one child or two adults over 18.

Family

Membership for 3 or more people of the same household.  This may include one adult with 2+ children or two adults with 1+ child.  Defendants may be included through the age of 22. One babysitter may be added to this membership when the parent/guardian is absent.  See guidelines for babysitters under the Rules and Regulations page found HERE

Limited Family 

Membership for 3 or more people of the same household as described above for only 10 visits. All other memberships privileges apply. Visits are deducted from account at time of check in. Not all family members need be present for visit to count. If more visits are needed after the original 10 are used, member may purchase an additional limited membership.

Babysitters (you may list up to 1 individuals, first and last name must be provided)
The role of the babysitter is to watch unaccompanied member children without the adult member present.  For this reason, we do not charge a guest fee for babysitters. As the babysitter is taking the place of the adult member for that visit.  Babysitters must be an adult (over the age of 18) that lives in a separate household and they are NOT PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE POOL ON THEIR OWN.  If a babysitter is accompanying an adult member to the pool, whether or not member children are present, the adult member MUST purchase a guest pass.  Grandparents or other relatives, not in the same household as adult members, can act as a babysitter.  This privilege can be revoked if a babysitter or member is found to not comply with pool rules regarding babysitters.
Agreement
I have reviewed a copy of the rules and regulations (found on www.swansonhighlandspool.com website) set forth by Swanson Highlands Pool and have made all parties of this household aware of these rules and regulations.
I understand that Swanson Pool reserves the right to terminate any membership, without refund, to anyone in violation of these rules and regulations.
I understand and accept that Swanson Highlands Pool may take photographs of any members for promotional and marketing purposes, and that Swanson may post these images to their website or social media accounts.
Swanson Highlands Pool will not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained due to failure to comply with these rules and regulations.
I understand this agreement is contingent on receipt of my payment,  which must be received before membership will be considered as active.
