Copper Elite focuses on intensive musical theatre training for students aged 12-18 who strive for drama school and ultimately professional work in show business. The lucky selected students will endure intense training in all three disciplines and receive exclusive perks and opportunities such as; exclusive performance opportunities, industry workshops, taking part in filming projects, theatre trips, audition prep and most excitingly, a full musical production each year.
Many of our aspirational students want to push themselves and their boundaries to further their training in performing arts, our approach in Elite is to create an environment where young performers can thrive. Students in Elite should feel as though they’re surrounded by tutors and other students who are supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. We’re taking those first steps in teaching performers the in-depth, detailed knowledge about technique and theatre they’ll need for drama school and pushing their limits and boundaries in a way they won’t receive at secondary school or performance college.
A huge part of being in Elite is our yearly musical, students get the opportunity to show everything they’ve worked so hard on throughout their time training with us and friends and family get to enjoy a spectacular show each year.
Elite members are massively encouraged to audition for drama school and receive help with preparations and practice for that big day when they’re venturing off into the professional world.
Elite takes place every Tuesday from 6:30-8:00 pm and every Thursday from 5:15-6:15 pm. All members of Elite are required to attend every session as agreed when the signing of the contract takes place.
Elite is an exclusive class and an audition is required to have a chance at becoming a member, auditions are held every year and all Elite students are required to re-audition every time.
