Vi är ledsna över att du utsatts för något som bryter mot vår likabehandlingspolicy. Vi vill gärna hjälpa dig och lyssnar gärna på vad du har att säga. Därför uppskattar vi om du vill dela med dig av händelsen. 

Helsingkrona nation är nationen för alla. Vi strävar efter en öppen atmosfär som främjar mångfald. En nation med en öppen atmosfär är en förutsättning för att våra medlemmar ska trivas. Helsingkrona nations verksamhet ska bygga på att alla människors lika värde erkänns och respekteras. Därför existerar en nolltolerans för diskriminering och trakasserier i enlighet med vår likabehandlingspolicy. Nationens likabehandlingsombud arbetar aktivt för att policyn efterföljs, och samtalar med involverade när detta inte sker.

Syftet med detta kontaktformulär är att du enkelt ska kunna komma i kontakt med nationens likabehandlingsombud när du blivit utsatt för diskriminering eller trakasserier inom nationens verksamhet samt kunna få din röst hörd genom en kanal där du kan uttrycka dig. Frivilligheten i att ange ditt namn är en grundpelare vid varje kontakt och allt vårt arbete. Därför är det inte obligatoriskt att ange ditt namn eller kontaktuppgifter i detta formulär. Det är dock viktigt att komma ihåg att i det fall du önskar vara anonym, kan inte likabehandlingsombuden ta ärendet vidare och kalla till samtal med dig/den som utsatt dig för diskriminering eller trakasserier. En anonym anmälan tjänar likväl ett viktigt syfte, eftersom det ger oss en insikt i vad som sker i vår verksamhet, och varje anmälan förebringar att vi vidtar de förebyggande åtgärder vi kan och ser över anledningarna till att situationen kan ha uppstått.

Likabehandlingsombuden kommer, om du anger dina kontaktuppgifter, bjuda in dig till samtal där du får uttrycka dina känslor och upplevelser. Vi har tystnadsplikt, så utan ditt medgivande kommer ingen utanför likabehandling att få någon information om det du säger under samtalet eller anger i formuläret. Så inget behöver hända med din anmälan om du inte vill, men vi kommer också informera om möjligheterna att ta ärendet vidare. Vi kan också hjälpa dig med att komma i kontakt med diverse övriga stödfunktioner i Lund ex. Studentprästerna, Kvinnojouren eller Studenthälsan. Har du blivit utsatt för brottsligt handlande vill vi särskilt uppmuntra att göra en polisanmälan, där vi kan vara behjälpliga i processen.

Helsingkrona nation is the nation for everyone. A nation with an open atmosphere is a prerequisite for the well-being of our members. Helsingkrona nation's activities shall be based on the recognition and respect of the equal value of all people. Our activities and work shall recognize and respect the equal value of all people, irrespective of their backgrounds. This is why we have a zero tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment, in accordance with our equal treatment policy. The nation’s equal treatment representatives actively work to make sure that this is a reality, and make sure to deal with cases when it is not.

The purpose of this form is to make it easy for you to get in touch with our equal treatment representatives when you or someone else has been subjected to discrimination or harassment within the nation’s activities, and to give you a opportunity to make your voice heard. The voluntary nature of our work is a foundational piece of all the work we as equal treatment representatives do. This is why it is not mandatory to state your name or contact information in this form. It is, however, important to remember that if you wish to remain anonymous, the equal treatment representatives can’t contact you or the involved person. An anonymous report nevertheless serves an important purpose, as it gives us an insight into what is happening in our organization, and each report ensures that we take the preventive measures to prevent similar situations in the future. 

If you provide us with your contact details, equal treatment will invite you to a meeting where you can share your feelings and experiences. We have a duty of confidentiality, so without your consent, no one outside the equal treatment committee will take part of any information that you share during a meeting or enter in the form. Nothing will happen unless you want it to, but we will inform you of the possibilities to take the matter further. We can also help you get in touch with various other support functions in Lund, e.g.. The student chaplains, the women's shelter or the student health service. If you have been subjected to a criminal act, we would particularly encourage you to report it to the police, where we can help you in the process.

Here, you can describe the matter that you wish to inform us about to the best of your ability. You should, however, not name the person who misstreated you by name or give other information which can be connected to the person here, both directly and indirectly. Such information is given directly to the equal treatment representatives during a meeting which they will contact you about if you have given your contact information in the form. It is of importance that this is adhered to when you wish to be anonymous.
