DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS FRIDAY MAY 31ST!!!

Our VBS program has always been for children ranging from age 2 (depending on parent) to having completed 6th grade. Those in 7th grader and up have been considered our Volunteer age.

If you have questions while you are registering, please text or call Silvia at 209-535-7690.
If you prefer to fill out a PDF form and emailed/mailed in, please download the form from the church webpage.

Please answer all questions so that we have appropriate data. :)
If information is missing, please expect an email, text or phone call by our VBS Crew. An incomplete form is not considered fully registered (especially the insurance information)

Please note- this registration can be filled out for 5 children- if you do not have 5 children, just fill out the ones that are for you and skip the slides that are "extra"

$50 per child

Payment options:
1- Mail your check to our VBS Headquarters: 3335 Haven Way Denair, CA 95316

2- You can pay during any Sundays of Registration (see website for dates and mass times)

Venmo is available upon request- please message Silvia (info on church website)

Write check out to OLA (Memo: VBS-child's name)
