Stained Fingers Dye Camp 2019 Application

This is a simple application for the Stained Fingers Dye Camp to tell us a bit about you, what you want to learn and your level of experience. Think of it as a very colourful sorting hat. ;) It helps us put you in the class that's best for you!

Once applications are received and processed, we will send out acceptance emails and ask for a non-refundable $100 deposit to hold your space. Full payment will be due in March 2019, and will be invoiced at that time.

Please note that filling out this application implies that we have your permission to share you email address with other Dye Camp students on group emails regarding accommodation and course information.
