Please use this form to register for our Fall Nov/Dec ACT programs.  ACT programs are for Adult Alumni and Friends of the YC Community.

EXPECTATIONS:
  1.  As members of the YC Adult Community, you are expected to provide your own transportation to and from programs.  

  2.  If you require any personal assistance at programs please make arrangements to provide your own personal care assistant, as staff is limited.

  3.  A donation of $5 - $10 is suggested per program.  ($10 helps cover transportation costs).

If you have not completed a Medical form for THIS calendar year (2021), you will be required to do so prior to joining any in-person program.
