Description: Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) combines elements of surfing and canoeing to create a
fun way to play on the water. Join us as we explore the Eno River! We’ll spend the first part of the day
teaching you the basics of paddling a SUP, and then the rest of the time will be spent paddling and
enjoying the sunshine. Registration includes transportation, all equipment, instruction, and lunch.

Description: Spend Fall Break on the beautiful and scenic Virginia Creeper Trail. The Virginia Creeper
Trail is a 34.3 mile rail to trail that meanders through the Virginia Mountains. Spend two days biking
the trail and take in the spectacular views and the 47 trestle bridges. Must know how to ride a bike to
attend. Registration includes transportation, equipment, meals, instruction, and camping.

attend and climb at least at a 5.9 level. A free Lead Climbing Workshop is included prior to the trip!
