2021-2022 Delivery Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in delivering food bins during the 2021-2022 school year.  This year we will be operating out of two sites.  In addition to our usual site at the Champaign Church of Christ (CCOC) where we will pack bags for Champaign, we will also be packing bags for the Urbana schools at the Hope Center (HC) at 1802 N. Lincoln Ave in Urbana.

IMPORTANT ITEMS:
- Bin pickup will be on TUESDAYS between 4:00 - 5:30 PM, every other week.  (With some variation around school breaks)
- Bins should be delivered to the school the following Wednesday morning, unless other arrangements have been made with the school.
- The first pickups from CCOC will be variable during the weeks of Aug 16 and Aug 23, depending on specific school needs.
- The first regular pickup from HC(Urbana) will be on Tuesday, August 24, and every other Tuesday after
- The first regular pickup form CCCOC(Champaign) will be on Tuesday, August 31 and every other Tuesday after
- We will work with schools if staff assistance is needed to bring bins into the bins inside
- Please be flexible as circumstances may very well change throughout the year.
