7th Grade Math Placement Testing
INSTRUCTIONS: Please fill out the form and make sure to press submit in order to complete your registration. You will need to select a preferred date and time.  An additional date and time will also need to be selected in the event your first preference is not available. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Your student MUST be pre-enrolled in order to complete their testing. If your student is not pre-enrolled, your student will NOT be able to complete their Math Placement testing. 

Deadline to Register: Friday, July 11th 2025

Confirmation emails will be sent out to the email listed no later than Tuesday, July 15th, 2025.
