10th Grade Leader Application!
10th grade leaders are a necessary part of lifeteen!

10th grade leaders help lead Confirmation small groups, help lead in Oxygen our Middle school
Youth group, help support small groups in lifeteen, and new this year, will be a welcoming team for lifeteen. If someone new comes to lifeteen, they will be assigned a 10th grade leader for the night who will shadow them and help them find a place in lifeteen. 

10th grade leaders are expected to show up at lifeteen each week. If you have to miss one here or there, will will need to let us know in advance.

Why do you want to be a 10th grade leader? *
Part of being a 10th grade leader is having a relationship with Christ. We don't expect you to be perfect, but you (as well as us), should be actively trying to grow in your faith. Tell us about your relationship with God/if you have one *
One way 10th grade leaders can help us with Confirmation preparation. Sessions will happen twice a year for 6 weeks, with a retreat in between. If you help with this, you will be helping lead the small groups throughout this process. Please tell us if this is something you would like to do. *
Another area you can help in is Oxygen. This is our middle school youth group and happens two Thursdays a month. If you help with this you will help lead small groups, games, help plan the nights, etc.  Please tell us if this is something you would like to do. *
What gifts do you think you have that you can use in Confirmation or Oxygen? *
There will be a meeting and a mini retreat for 10th grade leaders in the next month. The dates will come on shortly. Please check your emails for details *

As a reminder, you do not HAVE to be a peer minister to attend lifeteen. If you cannot commit or do not think you’re ready, simply come as a teenager! We have many people who do this! *
