WHO: We are a boutique marketplace filled with a curated selection of local vendors, makers, artists, thrift items, antiques and more. The space has a light, airy, "boho," minimalist chic vibe with aesthetic booths and rental spaces for vendors and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Photos and more details on the space are posted regularly, so stay tuned to our Facebook Page and Instagram Page!

WHAT: We are looking for a wide variety of local vendors. Honey, jewelry, clothing, printing, furniture, paintings, pottery, and other handmade goods will all be considered. We also allow our vendors the freedom to thrift/resale items within their space, at the owner's discretion (no eyesores, please!). We want to offer our consumers a more upscale, boutique style shopping experience rather than an antique, thrift shopping experience, although we do allow thrift flipped and antique finds.

WHEN: We had our soft opening on January 13th, 2024 and are officially open for business Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm, and Saturday 11-7pm. We are currently planning a Grand Opening event for May 18, 2024.

WHERE: Market Ninety Four @ 46 Union St S Concord, NC 28025. Please note that downtown Concord is currently undergoing lots of construction. Union st is currently closed, however the sidewalks are open as well as all surrounding parking decks and local free parking lots. **Booth rent is currently $150-$200/month depending on space size + 15% of sales. Small and medium shelving spaces are available as well ranging from $25-$40/month. We are NO contracts, month to month vendor agreements. We currently have 40+ vendors with the expectation to have roughly 75 at full occupancy. Acceptances are at the discretion of the owner so that there is variety and less competition among vendors. Even with 100 applications, there may only be 40 or less accepted so PLEASE fill out the application completely and submit as much information and photos as you can! Please note that rent and fees are subject to change at any time, and all vendors will be given at least 30 days notice of any changes.

Every vendor must be registered with the state of NC in order to collect and remit taxes.
