BOLT Application Form
BOLT is the Board of Library Teens, a youth advisory group, at the Moose Jaw Public Library. BOLT's mission is to help the library become a more inviting, appealing place for teens, and to enhance teen library services and programs in the community.

To join, you must be 13-19 years old, have a library card, be able to spend about 1-7 hours a month with BOLT, enjoy working within a team, and be interested in the library & improving library services for teens. We ask for a year-long commitment, starting in September and ending the following July, and that you are able to attend a minimum of 7 of the 12 monthly meetings per year.
