June Day Bazaar 2019
Individuals or organizations offering art, crafts, educational materials, products or information that is positive, uplifting, and applies to building community are welcome to have a table at our community festival.  The bazaar will be open 12-8 during the 89th year of a neighborhood community festival.  The festival includes a morning 5K race, parade, free evening concert, food trucks, games, pony rides, and more.  The festival can draw up to a few hundred people.  Admission into the bazaar will be free for customers.  The festival is supported by businesses, government, and the faith-based community.  While the festival will occur outside, the bazaar is indoors and will occur rain or shine.  It will be marketed in addition to and separately from the festival to help recruit attendees who may also attend the festival.

We have a mixture of 8' and 6' spaces.  There is an additional $10 fee to use NRPCA tables.  
Here are the following space types:
Carpeted main lobby (by bazaar entrance): 4 - 6'/8' spaces with outlets $50 each; 3 - 8' spaces with outlets $50
Ballroom wooden floor (main bazaar room): 4 - 8' spaces with outlets $50; 8 - 6' spaces with outlets $45; 6 - 8' spaces without outlets $40; 6 - 6' spaces without outlets $35
 ***Businesses in or owned by residents of North Rosedale Park, Rosedale Park, Grandmont #1, Grandmont, Minock Park, and Brightmoor or business members of the GRDC will receive a 10% table fee discount.
**Health and community-based organizations will receive a reduced table fee as well.  

Spaces will be given on a first come/ first paid basis.  Please submit the application below.  An invoice will be sent to your email address.  The invoice will contain a link to submit payment.  Payment can be remitted online via the link or via check at the North Rosedale Park Civic Association Community House (18445 Scarsdale, Detroit 48223).  Payment must be received by Tuesday, June 6, 2019.  The office is open M&F 10-1 and T&T 4-8.

Vendors will be expected to leave no earlier than 8 pm and must arrive by 11:30 a.m. to set-up.  Bazaar organizers retain the right to turn away vendors, who arrive after that time with no refund.

Marketing for the bazaar can include specific vendors, once payment is received.  Marketing will be done through neighborhood e-blasts, neighborhood social media, and more.  The neighborhood comprises 1700 homes.  Vendors are strongly encouraged to market the bazaar as well through their social networks and more.

a State of Michigan or local health department license for the licensed commercial kitchen where the food was prepared must be sent before June 6, 2019.  If not received, NRPCA retains the right to forfeit vendor's application without refund.  No concession (premade/ store-bought) type food may be sold.
