Required agreements:
1. Potential trainees must be approved before training and becoming an official NCCT Staff Member and Skill Bridge participant.
2. You understand that completing this form does not make you a NCCT Staff Member or NCCT Trainer or a Skill Bridge participant.
3. North County Canine Training has the right to let go of any staff member at any time for any reason.
4. You will not abuse dogs or any animal.
5. You will not take unauthorized pictures, videos, or microphone recordings.
By completing this form, you understand and agree to all of the above.
