Dear Parents
I am pleased to say that we will be running a holiday club in the next school holidays. Places will be limited so book early to avoid disappointment. If all the places are allocated there will be a waiting list so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
We will be open from
7.30am to 6pm on Tuesday 28th May to Thursday 30th May 2024. Children will be provided with a
hot lunch and snacks. Please indiciate below if you are sending a packed lunch or wish for us to provide a lunch.
Children will also need to bring suitable clothing to be outside - waterproof coat, wellies, change of footwear and clothing. We do have a limited amount of these items that children can loan. Children will also need to bring a water bottle filled with WATER only.
The cost of a full day is £29.50 1st child £25.50 2nd child. The cost of a half day 7.30am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm is £18.50 1st child £16.50 2nd child.
We are also offering a small number of 9am to 3pm sessions. These sessions will be £18.50 for each child.To book and secure a place then a £10 per child per day non refundable deposit is due immediately. Our bank details are NATWEST sort code 53 61 07 account no. 70671206. The place will not be booked without the deposit being received. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Any cancellations with less then 48 hours notice full payment is due. The balance is due by Friday 24th May 2024.
