Freshman Transition Day Registration Form

Please fill out the following form (before July 19th to ensure proper shirt size) if you would like your student to attend Freshman Transition Day.

When: Friday, August 11th 7:30 a.m.-10:15 a.m. (Please drop off students by 7:30 a.m.)

Where: Fort Zumwalt East High School

What & Why: Students will get the opportunity to get to know EHS before the first day of their high school career begins. Freshman will get to connect with classmates, faculty and staff, orient themselves to the layout of the school and their own personal schedules/locker. EHS Administration and our Positive Peer Influence Team will communicate the school's mission and vision as well as help our freshman understand the importance of high school.
