This is the official J.L. Leslie Signed PB form!!! If you'd like to receive a signed PB of mine, simply complete this form. Pricing for each book is provided below and shipping for U.S. recipients is a flat-rate of $4.00 for individual PBs or $9.00 for up to 3 PBs!!

Once you have filled out the form, I will send you an invoice via Venmo, PayPal, or Square, whichever you select. Your signed PB will be shipped when your invoice is paid in full. Sorry, no returns or exchanges! I am not held responsible for any damages that occur after I have shipped your book!

If you purchase for an event and do not pick up the pre-order, you will not receive a refund. The order can be shipped at the above listed pricing.
