Os dados por mim cedidos à AEFFUL serão por esta incorporados e tratados num ficheiro da sua responsabilidade, tendo como único fim a gestão dos participantes do Dia Internacional. Autorizo também o acesso aos dados pelos elementos da AEFFUL que desenvolvam qualquer ação necessária à realização da atividade. Tenho ainda conhecimento que os meus dados serão eliminados no final da atividade e que tenho o direito de retirar o meu consentimento a qualquer momento, através do e-mail secretario@aefful.pt.
I hereby authorize the use and treatment of my personal data in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 - “European regulation on the protection of personal data” by the Students Association of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon (AEFFUL). The data shared with AEFFUL will be incorporated and treated in a file of AEFFUL’s own responsibility, with the sole purpose of managing the participants of The Internacional Day. I also authorize any element of AEFFUL to have access to my data in order to develop any action necessary to the activity.
