I will advise my group members that they are also required to adhere to this. I also agree that I will clearly inform all attendees of our group of the allocated arrival time, the Parade Check-in Area, etc, as per the website. (Please note that info may change at short notice, so we recommend sending attendees links to our website for the latest info).

I agree that our group will not distribute flyers, stickers, or any other materials, without prior written permission from Pride Canterbury, as-per the T&Cs.
I understand that completing this form does not constitute a confirmed application; Pride Canterbury review all applications carefully and will contact you with specific approval once reviewed. Due to space constraints, Pride Canterbury may be unable to accept all groups.
I agree that our group will make arrangements to distribute wristbands to our members. It is also understood that attendees will not be permitted to enter the site without a wristband. (Pride Canterbury will organise distribution/collection of wristbands to Group Organisers in the week prior to the event).
