Failure to complete this form correctly may result in your application being rejected. Completing this form does not guarantee approval; we review all applications carefully and will contact you with specific approval once reviewed. Due to space constraints, we may be unable to accept all groups. There may be charges associated with the parade for businesses that we can discuss with you, along with our sponsorship packages.

Information on our website may change as we get closer to the event, so please do continue to familiarise yourself with it as we approach the event.

Number of Wristbands Required
Please let us know approximately how many wristbands you require; one wristband is required per person to participate in the parade (incl. vehicle drivers/passengers). If you already have an agreed allowance by Pride Canterbury, please enter this here. We will advise how many we are able to provide nearer the event.
Address to Post Wristbands
Enter the name and address that we should post wristbands to. These will be sent shortly after applications close. Please check carefully that this is correct as we cannot be held responsible if you have provided an incorrect address. This can be provided up until the application closing deadline (refer to www.pridecanterbury.com/parade-groups).
Request Special Permissions
Handouts, vehicles + amplified music are not permitted in the parade without prior approval. To request these, please state below your requirements + our team will discuss these with you. If you don't make a request here, or later find something in our terms + conditions which requires approval, then you can make a request anytime by emailing parade@pridecanterbury.com.

I agree to read and abide by both the Parade T&Cs (www.pridecanterbury.com/parade-attendees) and General T&Cs (www.pridecanterbury.com/what-to-bring), including any updates to this. I will advise my group members that they are also required to adhere to this. I also agree that I will clearly inform all attendees of our group of the allocated arrival time, the Parade Check-in Area, etc, as per the website. (Please note that info may change at short notice, so we recommend sending attendees links to our website for the latest info).

I agree that our group will not distribute flyers, stickers, or any other materials, without prior written permission from Pride Canterbury, as-per the T&Cs.

I understand that completing this form does not constitute a confirmed application; Pride Canterbury review all applications carefully and will contact you with specific approval once reviewed. Due to space constraints, Pride Canterbury may be unable to accept all groups.

I agree that all group organisers + ‘Other Contacts’ listed have provided permission to use their contact details and have the authority to make any changes and decisions related to our group's involvement in the parade.

I agree that our group will make arrangements to distribute wristbands to our members. It is also understood that attendees will not be permitted to enter the site without a wristband. (Pride Canterbury will organise distribution/collection of wristbands to Group Organisers in the week prior to the event).
