The application process will be as follow:

- Please submit this form during the period of 8/10 to 9/5 23:59 (JST)
- Please respond to the questions in English
- We will contact you for an interview session based on your preferred date during the period of 9/6 to 9/15. We will provide details via e-mail once you pass the document screening
- We will announce the results to you by the end of September 2020

Note: The "President" will be chosen from the Committee Member of ISC66. The application to be a "Table Chief" is separate from this application form. The application for Table Chiefs will be open around late October.
