Summary of LMTC Mission Statement & Long Term Plan:
Provide a safe and inclusive environment which enhances the recreational and social activities of
members of the Lake Mohawk Country Club (“LMCC”) and Guests. Be an active and affordable
tennis club with social and competitive play easily available for all ages and skill levels.

Goals:
1) Be an active club, with a strong emphasis on providing social amenities to our members; 2) Retain our existing members and grow our membership significantly to serve 3 purposes: a. Provide opportunities for recreational and competitive tennis for all skill levels and age groups b. Attract families & younger players to avoid large member drain in future due to retirements, injuries within large group of aged 55+ members;
c. Grow funds for inevitable full asphalt replacement at roughly 3‐4 times resurfacing cost
