If you are in need of a full or partial scholarship for the current season, please fill out the following form. Scholarships are given on an as needed basis. Please note that the scholarship will only cover the fees for the current season. If you are chosen to be a scholarship recipient; a board member will contact you.
As a reminder Palmdale AYSO is a volunteer run organization, scholarship recipients are expected to volunteer in some capacity.
