Mercy Care for the Adirondacks               Foundations of Faith Community Nursing Course Registration Form, Spring 2022
Using the Westberg Institute of Faith Community Nursing curriculum, this course is open to RN's or other person interested in health ministry in their church or community. Faith Community Nurses (Parish Nurses) provide health education and counseling, serve as patient advocates and connect patients to resources in the community. They care for the whole persons, body, mind, and spirit with a particular focus on spiritual.

Classes will be held in-person in Lake Placid, NY (location to be determined) and virtually via Zoom from 1pm - 5pm on Friday's & 8:30am - 5pm on Saturday's, March 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 & 26.
