Updates to EDGAR Manual Required

All LEAs that participate in our SSA must have the following statement in the procurement section of their EDGAR manual. These procedures must be implemented by Oct. 15, 2022.

“____________ will evaluate the quality of the quotes for a small purchase by implementing the following 2 check points:

1. The quote is recent (not older than the last 12 months).

2. The quote for the service/product is comparable and could provide documentation to indicate their comparability upon request.”
