Dear Parents,
Memorial PTO is looking for parents to volunteer their time and/or talents to help us support our staff and students during the school year. If you would like to join our volunteer list or are looking to volunteer as a chairperson or board member please fill out this form. Every effort is appreciated and we look forward to working with out volunteers to make the school year a success.

ISPTO (Interschool PTO)- Attends ISPTO meetings once a month and reports back to MMS PTO meetings
Hospitality - Provide meals for parent/teacher conference night and Teacher Appreciation week. Help with coordinating food donations, assist with setup and cleanup on conference night, coordinate volunteers or assist by providing food donations.
Lunchtime Honors Recognitions - Assists with quarterly lunchtime honors recognitions three times a year by ordering student treats and assisting with distribution during lunch.
Dance/Social chaperone - Assist with school sponsored socials by chaperoning, helping with ticket sales and activities at the socials including chaperoning, ticket sales, and other activities
Student Rewards - Each quarter coordinate and distribute a small treat during lunch to the students
Staff Appreciation - Help plan and execute activities for Teacher Appreciation Week, Guidance Counselor Week, School Nurse Appreciation, Administrative Professional Day, and Principals Day
PTO Social Media assistant- help keep the MMS PTO Facebook page up-to-date, promoting PTO activities
Spirit Night Coordinator- contacts local restaurants to set up spirit nights, where PTO receives a percentage of sales. Assists the school in promoting each event by providing flyers etc.
Executive Board- future PTO officer: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
Concession Volunteer: Concessions at both MMS and Bradley events are split between athletics and music. Being a concession worker helps both programs as well as gets parents involved in future high school programs.
