This workshop is designed for those leading and planning change. The work completed in this session will help provide a guiding framework to help the people impacted by the change initiative understand the direction and purpose of the change as it relates to them.
During this workshop participants will complete the Prosci 4 Ps Exercise, a key step in preparing a change management approach or strategy. They will be taken through the process of defining and clarifying the Project, Purpose, Particulars and People. Usually this activity would take place as part of the planning phase of the project.
As part of this workshop participants will also work together to consider the project vision statement that they will utilise when communicating the change.
