Artist’s Bash • 3rd Annual Event

STAFF Application Deadline: MAY 1, 2024

Vendor Space Available:
- 10x10 outdoor vendor space
There will not be any electricity for staff member booth spaces.

Event Staff will vend for free. The approval of your event staff application will be based on participation. You must follow the tasks given to you to vend for free at Artist’s Bash. We will have one on one meetings to discuss in detail what is needed. You will receive a contract explaining everything that we discuss & agree on.

Staff members will be given:
- 10x10 free, outdoor vendor space
- staff lanyard w/ event map
- Advertisement through paid ads, digital flyers, flyer handouts, social media spotlight posts, signs, etc.
- merch item created by Dynamic Pawz as a token of our appreciation

Printing handout flyers & posting them in your own neighborhood

Printing handout flyers & handing them out at different events

Sharing digital flyers in groups, chats, pages

Brainstorm ideas for kid activities

Provide kid games, coloring pages, crayons/markers/paint/stickers (will be returned to you)

Provide decorations for the event (will be returned to you)

Day of: Assist kid tent, make sure area is clean

Day of: Watch over the bounce houses (in shifts)

You must provide your own canopy, canopy weights, tables, & anything else you need for your set up. *

If your canopy breaks someone else’s items/belongings or injures someone, you are responsible for the bills/ fees associated with the incident. Insurance is not required for this event but is suggested. *

If your booth is not set up by 11am on event day, you agree to forfeit your vendor space & booth fee. We are not allowing booths to be set up after the event begins. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time. *
