Nominate a breast cancer survivor to attend the 5th Annual My Hope Bag Golf Tournament in Scottsdale, AZ at NO COST! If chosen, her day will include a continental breakfast, 18-holes of golf w/golf cart, golfer goody bag loaded with quality items, and lunch. There will also be a raffle/silent auction, which she is more than welcome to participate in. My Hope Bag will honor her as a "Green Queen" for the day... complete with a tiara, special "Green Queen" shirt, and extra goodies to make her feel like the amazing woman she is! Note: no golfing skills necessary... she can just go for fun. The only requirements are a) she be a breast cancer survivor (we believe anyone is a survivor the moment they are diagnosed and face their journey head on!), and b) she must be physically able to sit/stand/walk as she'll be walking and driving throughout the the golf course.
