Denver's E-bike Rebate Program 
The West Colfax Association of Neighbors (WeCAN) is partnering with Denver's Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency (CASR) to help get e-bike rebate vouchers into the hands of a more diverse population of neighbors.

To be considered for an e-bike voucher, you must meet the income and program requirements

  • You must be a resident of Denver, Colorado and be 16 years of age or older
  • Proof of a physical Denver address is required
  • Household income is below 60% of the state of Colorado’s median income ($67,000 for a one person household)
CASR will contact you directly to ensure you meet the income and program requirements and issue an email voucher to be used at one of the area participating bike shops.
