All applications will be carefully reviewed by the LFM Artisans' Tent Committee. Prospective participants will be evaluated on the basis of craftsmanship, creativity and overall presentation. Artisans selected for participation will be invited to do so on a rotating basis throughout the season. CONTINUING THIS YEAR: we will have only 2 artisans per market, 1 each in our 2 artisans tents. Every possible effort will be made to feature a complementary mix of media/goods at each market session, with scheduling managed by the Committee.

Prior to participation all vendors will be required to sign and submit a liability waiver releasing LFM from responsibility for damages to property or personal injury that may occur during time spent on the market premises, as well as to review and sign off an acceptance of LFM Rules & Regulations.

The cost for participation at each market session will be $35.00 per vendor, payable by check to the “Lexington Farmers’ Market”. Failure to submit payment as such following correspondence from the LFM Artisans’ Tent Committee will result in forfeiture of your space—a vendor from the waiting list will be placed in your spot. Payment is due for dates between 5/28/24 and 8/1/24 NO LATER THAN May 1, 2024.
Payment is due for dates between 8/6/24 and 10/29/24 NO LATER THAN August 1, 2024.

Applications are being accepted now through March 15, 2024.
Initial scheduling information will be forthcoming and all applicants will be notified of acceptance by the third week in April.
