OYFL Postponement Form
BOTH teams must submit confirmation of the postponement and reason to the Fixtures Secretary within 5 days of the scheduled date of the fixture.  

If a team wants to postpone a match in advance of the fixture date, please complete this form as early as possible.  Once approved, the fixture will be marked as P-P on Full-Time.

Only an appointed referee, a qualified referee or a venue groundsperson can declare a pitch fit or unfit. If the home pitch is unfit, teams must try to switch the fixture to the away team venue (using same ko time wherever possible).  Please confirm the following:
