申請須知
1. 表格上所提供的個人資料只供本館處理申請入會事宜，並將其存檔於本館的會員系統內，用作提供會員專屬的各類服務。
2. 成為知心薈友即自動成為澳門教區演藝文協會之會員。
3. 普通會員有效期為每年1月1日至12月31日。
4. 普通會員資格將以電子方式記錄。
5. 會員均享有退會自由。
6. 提交表單後，普通會員資格即時生效，閱讀及同意遵守《知心薈友守則》。

7. 本館保留對上述所有條款修改之權利，並保留最終解釋權。

Terms and conditions:
1.    Data collected will be used for the purposes related to the application and participation in activities.
2.    CCCN Friends will become members of Associação Diocesana das Artes Performativas e Culturais de
       Macau (ADAPEC).
3.    Membership is valid from 1st January to 31st December.
4.    Membership will be registered electronically.
5.    Barrier-free termination of membership.
6.    Membership will be effective immediately upon registration.
7.    CCCN Macau reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the CCCN Macau shall be final.
