Central Congregational Church will provide Sunday School classes virtually for the 2020-2021 year. Classes will be offered using the video conferencing platform Zoom. During these virtual/online classes children may be visible/audible to other participants (students and teachers) in the virtual/online class. It is also possible that others in the participants' households may see or hear all of the participants in each class. If your child/children does not wish to share their video feed, or if you do not want your child visible to other participants or people in the homes of other participants, the student(s) may turn off their camera and simply attend the virtual/online class as a viewer and listener. This decision may be made by you on a class-by-class, week-by-week basis. Central Congregational Church may from time to time record Virtual Sunday School classes. Before the recording begins, the leader/teacher of each class will alert the participants that the class is going to be recorded. If you do not want your child/children to be recorded as a part of this class, you may then opt to turn off the child's video feed and allow them to listen and participate orally. You may also choose to leave the meeting and watch the recorded class at a later time. If your child participates in a class that is recorded and are visible through their video feed on that recording, you are aware that others in their class or other leaders/teachers may view the recording at a later date. Your signature (acknowledgement) indicates your consent to have your child/children participate in virtual/online Sunday School classes with Central Congregational Church via Zoom with the understanding of the above policies. *
