We’re excited to welcome food vendors to this year’s Japan Festival, taking place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Skokie Sports Park EAST. This vibrant, family-friendly event celebrates Japanese culture, cuisine, and community—and draws thousands of attendees from across the Chicagoland area.

I have read and agree to comply with the rules, regulations and requirements for food vendors- below*.

Applicant hereby fully releases and discharges the Skokie Park District, Village of Skokie, Chicago Japan American Council, their officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims from injuries including death, damages or loss, which he/she or the organization or company they represent may have or which may accrue to them in connection with Japan Festival 2025

Applicant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Skokie Park District, Village of Skokie, Chicago Japanese American Council, their officers, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and losses, but not limited to the general public, which may arise or may be alleged to have arisen out of, or in connection with Japan Festival 2025.
