Join us for our very first Cohesive Culture 2.0 workshop on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.!

Creating Cohesive Culture 2.0 takes restorative understanding to the next level. This next step dives into the next level of restorative culture, focusing on the student experience. We will look at restorative culture as a way to merge student culture with school culture to create a trusting, safe space for all community members. There will be opportunities to share best practices and try out new strategies on real life scenarios, both proactive and responsive.

Participants will be able to:

Increase their emotional intelligence through a lens of cultural competency
Increase their comfort with real life restorative strategies
Share advice and experience with their fellow practitioners

Lunch and Breakfast provided.
