ESCAPE XXL is hosted by the ITTECOP program under the aegis of the French Ministry of  Ecological Transition, the Ecological Transition Agency (ADEME), the Foundation for Research on Biodiversity (FRB) and the Linear Infrastructures and Biodiversity Club (CILB). This project is conducted by the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB), CEREMA and Cabinet X-AEQUO.

The ESCAPE XXL exploratory project analyses feedbacks on French and international achievements, mainly in Europe and North America. It relies upon bibliography and a vast survey among many actors: scientific
 and technical networks, infrastructure managers, hunting technicians or research offices, etc. Other partners may be identified along the way (airports, forest managers, private fenced estates, etc.). The goal is to produce recommendations regarding whether methodology or technical points, and areas for further research.

The following questionnaire takes approximately ten to twenty minutes to complete. The data is collected for research and analysis purposes.
