Please note that TAC Registration Closes: April 26 at 3:00PM SHARP! Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.

Please submit one form per student.

Please send payment once you receive your confirmation email (please check your junk email if it does not appear right away).  The email will be sent from Google Forms (forms-receipts-noreply@google.com).

Please complete the emergency form found on the TAC section of the school website and have your child bring it on their first day of TAC. This form is required even if you had submitted one last school year.

COVID-19
*TAC will follow all COVID-19 guidelines and procedures as outlined by the school.

ABSENCE & EXTRA CURRICULAR
If your child will be absent on a date that they are scheduled for TAC, please notify us by email (preferably) or by contacting the school office.

Please also notify us if your child has a sporting activity or other extra curricular activity and if they will
a) not be present at TAC at all or
b) they will return to TAC after the sporting activity or extra curricular activity ends.
