Berkeley County School District's (BCSD) Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan is available on the BCSD website for review by the public as is required to receive funds from the American Rescue Plans (ARP) Art's Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III Funds).

BCSD is required to make the Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan available to the public online, and to offer the public opportunity to review the plan and provide feedback on the plan. Your comments will be considered during reviews of the plan.
