Holidays got you all shook up? Learn about your amazing brain, how anxiety and stress work in your brain and your body, and what you can do to help yourself stay calm, focused and grounded through the holiday season and into the new year. Also, we will be making glitter jars to help manage stress through meditation.
The workshop will be held by Julie Simon who is a mental health counselor and JHU alum. Her practice focuses on helping people address depression, anxiety, grief, and life’s many transitions. Julie is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Family Studies and Community Development at Towson University
