The YAT is a branch of the Holliston Drug & Alcohol Awareness Coalition comprised and lead by youth who will be working to make a positive difference in Holliston. Our goals are to discuss issues in the community and how we can work towards resolving them. This might be planning a fun substance-free event for youth, presenting to younger kids about the dangers of substances and helpful skills, or building a safe space for youth who are using to come for help. Youth in the YAT will not only make a difference in Holliston, but in the lives of their peers, and themselves, as they may create new bonds and friendships within the group through team building games and striving towards the same goals together.
