Use this form to sign up for your library card, or for library cards for your children ages 5+.

Complete and submit this form (once for each person).
Library staff will create your account and email your library card number and PIN/Password.

With your PIN/Password you can enjoy all the free services and resources Bennington Free Library offers:
Borrow items through Library Takeout
Discover a new author, try our snowshoes, borrow activity kits, passes, and even a telescope
Download ebooks, audiobooks, music, movies, TV shows, and comics
Learn online: a new language, computer skills, cake decorating, conflict resolution, test preparation and more!

Your physical library card will be kept safely at the library until you come in to collect it and sign your membership agreement.

Once you get your library card, don’t lose it; it’s yours forever! Your membership renews each year by confirming your contact information.
