Please fill out the entry form below for your chance to win a Livestream Viewer Prize! After each video ad break during the Nationals livestream, a different keyword will be announced. You may use each of these keywords for an entry in the prize drawing, using the form below. Only ONE ENTRY is allowed per keyword.
Winners will be announced during Closing Ceremonies, which will be livestreamed at 3:30pm PT on Sunday, March 24th. Winners will be contacted by USAJPA regarding their prize within two weeks of the drawing.
