Summer Camp Registration
Blue Raven Music Studios Summer camp 2021.

$50 holds your spot, Look for Paypal payment link or Venmo in confirmation. You may also pay the full camp fee if you would like at this time, but it is not required

Registrations without deposit will not be considered as registered.

Deposits are non refundable. Unless the camp is called off due to covid-19.  We will be taking health safety measures and precautions. Please call us if you would like to know more. (402) 486-0599

Acoustic Band Camp (4th - 8th grade) July 12-15
10am to 2pm  Learn how to play in a band setting with acoustic instruments! Final Project will be either a livestream concert or music video   please bring a sack lunch. $175 Space is limited

Rock band Camp (6th - 12th grade) June 28- July 1 10am to 2pm . Learn to play in a rock band setting Final Project will be either a livestream concert or music video!  please bring a sack lunch $175.  

Songwriting Camp (6th-10th) June 22-24th 10 am to 2pm  Learn to craft songs and put them to music! Final performance will be Thursday Evening at a site to be determined. $150

I understand that I will be notified in the case of a medical emergency involving my child. In the event that I cannot be reached, I authorize the calling of a doctor and the providing of necessary medical services in the event my child is injured or becomes ill. In case of an emergency, and if a family physician cannot be reached, I hereby authorize my child to be treated by Certified Emergency Personnel (i.e. EMT, First Responder, and/or Physician). *
I understand that the Blue Raven Music Studios will not be responsible for the medical expenses incurred, but that such expenses will be my responsibility as parent/guardian. *
Photo Release I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed/video during the Blue Raven Summer camps. I understand the photos will be used for promotional purposes including flyers, brochures, newspaper and on the internet.  I understand that although my child’s photograph may be used for advertising, his or her identity will not be disclosed, I do not expect compensation and that all photos are the property of Blue Raven. All camps have a video portion. *
Blue Raven is  not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change.   Please be aware deposits are non refundable.  Cancellations  7 days or less before the start of camp are non refundable.
