Jim "Basketball" Jones Assembly                        Opt-In or Opt-Out 2024
AMS is excited to offer your child opportunity to participate in Jim "Basketball" Jones's motivational assembly on Monday, March 18th, 2024.

Parents must sign an opt-in consent form for your child(ren) to participate in this assembly. An option to opt-out of this assembly is also provided below.

All parents are asked to complete this form no later than Friday, March 15th.

Any child not permitted to attend the assembly will be assigned to a classroom or workspace to complete an alternate activity and/or work on assignments.
